Been continuing to read about Growth team and was referred to this series of essays from Brian Balfour. There is so much content there, it feels like a several business school courses. As I read through the articles I’ll be posting my learnings from them.
First, what is a growth team? How is it different than Product or Marketing? I’ve been wondering this myself and found this diagram helpful:
